Challenge
In peer-to-peer hosting, trusting strangers can be difficult, so we thoroughly research their profiles on the platforms. However, these profiles are often not enough to calm our anxiety, so we take additional steps, such as chatting directly with the hosts, to learn more.
Solution
We created TrueProfile, a tool that collects reviews from various platforms to provide a complete view of potential hosts or guests. Through reviews, ratings and photos, we provide a better understanding of the people we will interact with.
